Safety and Quality Assurance
PCE’s Commitment to Safety and Quality
Propulsion Controls Engineering is committed and will pursue every reasonable effort to provide a safe, healthful and environmentally friendly working environment for employees and visitors.
To achieve this goal, PCE has implemented a comprehensive injury and Illness Prevention Program. The program is designed to prevent workplace accidents, injuries and illnesses.
Upon successfully gaining employment each employee is trained how to conduct their work and activities in a safe manner.
Employee safety training is an ongoing practice at PCE from:
- Orientation
- Weekly Gang box training
- Safety Committees
- Trend Analyzes
- Teamwork atmosphere
PCE Quality Assurance (QA) utilizes a process-driven approach with specific steps to help define and attain goals so we can provide the best possible experience for our customers.
PCE's quality assurance manual is maintained in accordance with NAVSEA standard items and is ISO 9001: 2008 Compliant.
